RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100 % satisfied w/ your new purchase. If, you are not satisfied w/ your purchase, return
it to us within 30 days of its shipping date for a FREE exchange or refund. Note: You are only responsible
for the return shipping. After 30 days, we will only accept products back if there is a question of
manufacturers defect. Note: any product sent back for credit due to defect will be sent to our manufacturers
for evaluation before an exchange or store credit will take place. No refunds on worn or defective products
after 30 days.
PLEASE follow these instructions to exchange or refund merchandise:

1. Print and complete the information on our Return/ Exchange Form and enclose a copy with the
merchandise being returned.

2. Ship the package using the shipment carrier of your choice. For your protection, insure the package for its full value. COD's are not accepted. Send Returns and Exchanges to:

Note: If the package was damaged in shipment, please call us at 877-682-7783 or contact us by e-mail before returning. If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed at the ground rate. The returns department requests that we allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. Clearance Corner items are non-returnable.
