PURCHASES MADE IN OUR STORE OR ON OUR WEBSITE HAVE A 7 DAY PRICE GUARANTEE- If you, the customer, notice a lower price in store or on our website within 7 days of purchase, we will honor the lower price.
COMPETITOR PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE- If you see an item ahead of time elsewhere and can provide documentation or if you buy an item from FOOTWEAR OUTFITTERS and then you see the same item elsewhere at a lower price within 3
days of your purchase, we will price match the competitor up to a maximum of 10% off manufacturer MSRP/MAP.
(Note: We don't price match nOthinZ brand and are not allowed to sell CURRENT SITKA MT GEAR lower than
MSRP/MAP from June 1 through December 1). Your welcome to check with us outside the selling season for any possible sales or discounts.
To receive credit
Simply order your item from the FOOTWEAR OUTFITTERS website, then email us the URL of the web site of the
retailer's item found at a lower price within 3 days of your order. We will verify the information and
refund your credit card. That's all there is to it!
Naturally, the price we're matching must be for an identical product by the same manufacturer,
(model, color, components, etc.), and the price compared must include any applicable taxes and
shipping charges. The price to be matched must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed
advertisement, and in-stock for immediate shipment by an authorized stocking dealer. The competitor's
advertisement must be current, with price adjustments limited to one price match per item. After
confirming your item is available at a lower price (including shipping charges and applicable taxes),
we'll credit your account 100% of the difference in price.
To be fair, FOOTWEAR OUTFITTERS reserves the right to refuse any comparisons on:
- Any Factory "Second", "Blemished" or "Used" items, (You'll only get first quality merchandise here);
- Any "Going out of Business", "Liquidation or Clearance Sales", or similar instances priced below standard dealer cost
- Any Auctions, affiliate coupons, "first time customer" promotional offers, paid membership clubs, unauthorized dealers, private individuals, or stores not located in the United States
- NOTE: If you receive or if you've received free promotional items in conjunction with your order from our website, a price match will not take place.
Please allow 5-7 days following your approved price match request for credit to your store
account to be processed.
